The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Lewis County PUD - Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Amount:Lighting: Up to 70% of project cost

Installation Requirements:Customers must contact PUD and request an energy audit and coordinate energy savings measures with PUD representative. Lewis County PUD has specific procedures and guidelines for each category and measure.
Lighting: Minimum energy usage reduction of 25% to qualify.

Lewis County PUD offers rebates for commercial and industrial lighting, as well as industrial process upgrades, on a case-by-case basis. Eligible industrial processes upgrades include premium efficiency motors (as part of a larger project), motor controllers and adjustable speed drives, pumps, compressed air systems, refrigeration, and dryers. Interested customers should request a free commercial energy audit or assistance with reviewing industrial processes by contacting the utility. Additional information can be found on the utility’s web site.
