Summary:
Orcas Power and Light Cooperative offers incentives for residential customers to pursue energy efficiency upgrades in eligible homes. Rebates are offered for Energy Star rated appliances, water heaters and heat pumps. The clothes washer rebate varies according to whether a home has a gas or electric water heater system.
