Summary:
Franklin County PUD's Residential Rebate Program offers a variety of rebates for energy efficiency improvements for homes located in the Franklin PUD service area. Rebates are offered on energy efficient clothes washers, water heaters, duct sealing, air source and geothermal heat pumps, windows, and weatherization measures. Customers must use pre-approved contractors, which are available on a list included on the program application.
A variety of rebates are also available to commercial customers for implementing energy efficient sprinkler systems, lighting fixtures and controls. These offerings are administered separately from the residential rebate program. For more information on both residential and non-residential programs, visit the program website or contact the utility directly.
