The loans can pay for the average local cost of eligible measures, based on recently completed projects. Customers have up to seven years to repay the loans, but monthly payments will be at least $25. The utility charges a $225 or $350 loan set-up fee, depending on the loan amount, which can be paid up front or folded into the loan.
