| Equipment Requirements: | Energy Star certified homes must meet the NW Energy Star Builder Option Package (BOP) requirements and be marked as certified in the NW Energy Star Homes database.
Tankless Water Heater: .82 EF minimum, must be installed in Non-Energy Star certified home to qualify for rebate
Tankless water heaters must be at least 0.82 EF or better (gas models only).

Summary:
Builders with new construction projects in NW Natural’s Washington gas service territory are eligible to receive cash incentives from Energy Trust of Oregon for gas heated homes that receive Energy Star certification. Incentives for builders are available until December 31, 2013 and are subject to availability. For more information on the incentive program for builders, see the program web site.
