The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Thank you for your continued support and patience during this transition. We hope you are as excited for December as we are!

Tacoma Power - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Applicable Sectors: Residential
Amount:Ductless heat pumps: $800
Duct sealing: $450
Weatherization Measures: Up to $4,000 for insulation and window upgrades Lighting (CFL/LED): Discounts and instant rebates at participating local retailers
Lighting Fixtures (CFL/LED): Up to $10 off new fixtures at participating local retailers
Water Sense Showerheads: Up to $10 off at participating local retailers

Tacoma Power offers a variety of incentives for residential customers to improve the energy efficiency in participating homes. Prescriptive rebates are available for equipment and measures such as heat pumps, duct sealing, windows, insulation, and lighting upgrades. All equipment must meet the program requirements to be eligible for rebates.

Tacoma Power also offers zero-interest, seven year term conservation loans for eligible customers.
