Summary:
The Build with Energy Star Program from Snohomish County PUD No 1 is designed to encourage builders to include energy-efficient measures in new homes being built in Snohomish County and on Camano Island. Rebates are for heat pumps, ENERGY STAR clothes washers and ENERGY STAR refrigerators. The program also includes a $300 rebate for an advanced lighting package: if 80 percent of the installed light fixtures are ENERGY STAR rated.
