Summary:
Pacific Power provides an incentive for home builders in Washington to build energy efficient houses through the Energy Star New Homes Program. Rebates are available through this program for efficient windows, insulation, heat pump water heaters, air conditioning units, heat pumps and comprehensive measures. Single-family and multi-family homes which are built to the specifications of NW BOP Energy Star are eligible to participate.
