The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Equipment Requirements:Fuel switching and new construction projects are not eligible.
Installation Requirements:All projects require written approval and pre/post inspections.

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) offers the Energy Right Solutions Program for commercial and industrial facilities.  Prescriptive rebates are available for lighting, motors, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.  Custom incentives providing $0.10 per kWh saved are also available.  Both prescriptive and custom incentives are capped at 70% of a project's cost.  For additional information, including guidelines, program terms, and equipment requirements and eligibility, review the program's web site or contact the TVA directly.
