Summary:
Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation (MTEMC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) offer incentives for residential customers through the In-Home Energy Evaluation Program. This program provides in-home energy assessments and recommendations based upon the assessment findings. A total one-time rebate of 50% of installed costs, up to $500, will be available to participating customers who pursue recommendations provided by an MTEMC/TVA-certified evaluator. Equipment and measures which are eligible for this incentive include: windows, duct repairs, HVAC improvements, building insulation, air sealing, and equipment tune-ups.
