Installation Requirements:	PTCS Duct Certification and Heat Pump bid(s) must be performed by a PTCS certified duct sealing contractor

Summary:

Consumers Power Inc. offers rebates to its residential members for a wide variety of energy efficient products and measures. Rebates are offered for certain Energy Star appliances, thermostats, duct sealing, heat pumps, electric water heaters, insulation upgrades, and Energy Star new and manufactured homes. All equipment must meet specific energy efficiency requirements stated on the program web site. Rebates only apply to equipment purchased between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013. Applications for all residential rebates can be found on the program web site.
