Eligible System Size:	Water Heaters: must have capacity of 120 gallons or less
Equipment Requirements:	Weatherization work must be done with CEC approval Water Heaters: 50 - 59 gallons 0.93 EF; 60 - 120 gallons 0.91 EF Appliances must be Energy Star rated, see web site for further details Windows: maximum of U-factor of 0.30 (0.35 for glass doors) Homes must be inspected and meet Energy Star requirements Variable Frequency Drives: Must be an irrigation account, VFD must control turbine style pump
Installation Requirements:	Weatherization program is for members with site-built electrically heated homes constructed before 1992 Equipment must be installed within CEC's service territory. Some of the rebates require that a home energy analysis be completed before work begins. Customers should check with the utility for confirmation.

Summary:

The Central Electric Cooperative (CEC) offers a variety of financial incentives to promote energy efficiency among residential members. Rebates are provided for qualifying weatherization measures, water heaters, Energy Star appliances, ductless heating/cooling systems, heat pumps and Energy Star rated homes. Weatherization measures must be done in an electrically heated home, and must have a free energy analysis done before work begins. In order to qualify for the appliance rebates, an electric water heater must be the primary source of hot water for the customer. CEC also offers rebates for efficient sprinkler systems and irrigation equipment. Contact CEC for program information or visit the program web site listed above.
