Summary:
Tillamook PUD offers the Dairy Lighting Retrofit Program for its agricultural members to save energy on lighting in eligible barns/facilities. Tillamook PUD completes a lighting audit of the facility to calculate the energy savings and rebate amount. Incentives are provided for the replacement of existing mercury vapor, incandescent, and T12 fluorescent fixtures with new ORION AG9000 3-lamp T8 fluorescent fixtures. This rebate is available for retrofits only, new construction is not eligible. Customers must call prior to implementation of the program in order to qualify and all measures must meet Tillamook PUD specifications. In addition, they also offer a five-year, five percent interest loan for qualifying customers. For more information, call the Energy Services Office at (503) 842-2535 or 1-800-422-2535.
