Equipment Requirements:	Water Heaters .85 - .94 EF minimum depending on size Appliances: must be Energy Star rated, see program web site for further details Standard Installation Heat Pumps: must have 8.5 HSPF and at least 13 SEER PTCS Heat Pumps: must have 8.5 HSPF and at least 14 SEER Insulation (Required Level): R-49 (Attic), R-30 (Floor), R-15 (Wall) Replacement Windows: must be Energy Star with a U-Value of .30 or less
Installation Requirements:	Homes must be electrically heated to qualify for Weatherization Rebate Program.

Summary:

The Tillamook County Public Utility District (PUD) offers residential customers standard rebates on efficient appliances, weatherization measures, and HVAC measures. Eligible equipment includes Energy Star certified clothes washers, refrigerators, and dishwashers; as well as water heaters, heat pumps, performance duct testing and sealing, and energy efficient replacement windows. To qualify for a rebate for a heat pump, an audit must be done prior to any work being completed. More information and rebate forms are located on the program web site.

In addition to the various rebate programs, Tillamook County PUD offers low or zero interest financing for Energy Star appliances, Marathon water heaters, heat pump installations, and performance duct testing and sealing, and weatherization measures.
