The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Applicable Sectors: Commercial, Multi-Family Residential
Amount:Windows: $2-$3/sq ft, depending on U-value, glazing and type of heating
Heat Pumps: $200 - $800, varies by efficiency and original heating type
High-Efficiency Gas Boiler: $4.00 per kBTUh
Gas Furnace: $150
Insulation: $0.30-$4 per square foot
Water Heaters: $35-$100
Commercial Gas Water Heater: $2.50/kBTUh
Commercial Tankless Gas Water Heater: $2.75/kBTUh
Clothes Washers: $150 - $300
Refrigerator: $50 per unit
Dishwasher: $25 per unit
Lighting: $2-$100/fixture or sensor

Installation Requirements:A post-installation inspection may be required if total incentive is greater than $3,000

Energy Trust of Oregon offers owners of multifamily properties, with two or more units, cash incentives for upgrades to windows, appliances, water heaters, building envelope, heating and cooling, energy efficient lighting and more. Customers of Pacific Power, Portland General Electric, NW Natural and Cascade Natural Gas are eligible to participate. Multifamily properties are also eligible for solar, solar water heating, and solar pool heating incentives.
