Summary:
The Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance provides loans for single family residencies and owner occupied duplexes in Hamilton county in Ohio and Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties in Kentucky. To qualify for loans, homeowners must receive a Home Performance with Energy Star energy assessment, which is provided at a discount price through Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance. In the post-assessment report homeowners can review what energy efficiency upgrades are available and apply for loans from $2,500 - $20,000 on upgrades such as:
- Envelope air sealing
- Insulation
- Ductwork air sealing
- HVAC
- Water heaters
- Appliances
- Windows/doors/skylights
- Lighting.
