Summary:
Flathead Electric offers incentives for residential customers to increase energy efficiency in homes through a variety of equipment rebates. Customers who use a pre-approved contractor to install a new, energy-efficient air-source heat pump can receive a $1,000 rebate. Geothermal heat pumps are eligible for a $3,000 rebate, and ductless heat pumps are eligible for a rebate of $1,000. Flathead Electric also offers rebates for Energy Star appliances, energy-efficient water heaters, duct sealing, building insulation, and new windows. All rebates are subject to a post-installation inspection performed by Flathead Electric to ensure proper installation of qualifying equipment.
