The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Missouri Gas Energy (MGE) - Residential and Small Business Efficiency Rebates

Tank Water Heater: $50 - $200
Furnace: $200 - $300
Boiler: $200
Programmable Thermostat (w/ space heating system purchase): $25
Furnace and Water Heater Hydronic Unit: $450
Maximum Incentive:Home Performance Program: $600
Equipment Requirements:All appliances funded through these programs must use natural gas.
All equipment must be Energy Star rated.
Furnace and Water Heater Hydronic Unit: EF .80 (Water Heating)
Tanked Water Heater: .62 AFUE or greater
Forced Air Furnace: .90 AFUE or greater
Tankless Water Heater: .82 EF or greater
Installation Requirements:Improvements must be installed by a certified Home Performance with Energy Star contractor

Program Budget:Home Performance program can be combined with an identical Kansas City Power & Light program to receive another $600 in efficiency rebates.

Missouri Gas Energy (MGE) offers its residential and small business customers rebates for the purchase and installation of efficient natural gas water heating and space heating equipment within its service territory. The list of eligible participants includes residential property owners, small businesses, developers, and builders who install qualifying systems. Contact MGE to ensure eligibility and valid service rate. Rebate amounts vary by measure. All equipment must use natural gas and be Energy Star qualified. Some equipment must be purchased through a preferred professional in order to be eligible for rebates. Please see the program web site for additional details about making qualified purchases and applying for the rebate.
