The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Columbia Water & Light - HVAC and Lighting Efficiency Rebates

Applicable Sectors: Commercial, Industrial
Amount:HVAC Replacements: $570 - $3,770
Lighting: $300/kW reduction or half of project cost
Maximum Incentive:Lighting: 50% of invoiced cost up to $22,500
Eligible System Size:Lighting: 1 kW to 75 kW reductions
HVAC: 6 tons or larger
Equipment Requirements:HVAC: 11 EER
Installation Requirements:HVAC: A heating and cooling system duct work inspection will be completed by Columbia Water & Light before the rebate is issued.

Summary:

Columbia Water & Light (CWL) offers rebates to its commercial and industrial customers for the purchase of high efficiency HVAC installations and efficient lighting. Incentives for certain measures are based upon the size and efficiency of the installed measures. Contact CWL for more information on equipment and program requirements. Up to $3,770 in incentives are available to customers who employ a high efficiency HVAC system. Up to $22,500 is available to customers who install efficient lighting systems which reduce demand.  Review the program web site for more information and to access applications.
