The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Thank you for your continued support and patience during this transition. We hope you are as excited for December as we are!

The Energy Optimization Programs, administered by  the Michigan Electric Cooperative Association (MECA) collaborative, provides residential electric incentives for the following Michigan utilities:

Energy Optimization

The Michigan Public Clean, Renewable, and Efficient Energy Act (Public Act 295) passed in October 2008 provided original authorization to create these energy efficiency programs. The Efficiency United and Energy Optimization Programs provide residential electric and gas incentives, as well as the "Energy Depot," a set of online tools and resources to help manage home energy use and costs. Energy Depot is a free resource providing a home energy audit; homeowners can quickly estimate the annual energy use and cost of home energy systems and appliances.

* Note: Any single utility may choose which of the available technologies to offer to its customers. All incentives listed above are not available in every service area.
