Summary:
Efficiency Maine offers natural gas efficiency rebates to Unitil customers. Equipment eligible for rebates includes boilers, furnaces, ECM units, unit heaters and food service equipment. Rebates are available for the construction or renovation of commercial, industrial, institutional, educational, or municipal buildings. Additionally, multifamily buildings are eligible under this program if equipment upgrades serve common areas or serve two or more units. For natural gas-fired boilers, furnaces and heaters, customers must also provide AHRI Certificates for each type of eligible equipment proposed.
