Summary:
Chicopee Electric Light (CEL) offers a variety of incentives for its residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of participating homes. CEL provides rebates for heat pump water heaters, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, clothes washers, AC systems and heat pumps. Customers may access the application form on the program web site.
