The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Solar Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. Amount:Home energy assessment: $100 (for homes under 3000 sq/ft)
Rebates up to 50% for improvements specified in your energy assessment report

Summary:

 The Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance provides rebate incentives for homeowners in Hamilton, Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties. To qualify for rebates, homeowners must receive a Home Performance with Energy Star energy assessment, which is provided at a discount price through Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance. In the post-assessment report homeowners can review what energy efficiency upgrades are available and apply for rebates up to 50% on upgrades such as:

  • Envelope air sealing
  • Insulation
  • Ductwork air sealing
  • HVAC
  • Water heaters
  • Appliances
  • Windows/doors/skylights
  • Lighting
