The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Ameren Illinois (Gas) - Residential Energy Efficiency Incentives

Eligible Efficiency Technologies: Programmable Thermostats, Air/Duct Sealing, Attic, Crawl and Wall Space Insulation
Applicable Sectors: Residential, Single Family
Amount:Programmable Thermostat: $25
Home Energy Audit: Varies by program – includes free CFLs, and depending on home fuel type, high-efficiency showerheads and faucet aerators
Air/Duct Sealing: $0.40 per CFM up to $1,000
Attic Insulation: $0.50 per SF or $.40 per SF based on existing insulation level up to $800
Wall Insulation: $0.80 per SF up to $1,200
Crawl Space Insulation: $3.00 per LF up to $1,200
Rim Joist Insulation: $1.25 per LF up to $500
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Silver and Gold certificates of recognition for insulation/air sealing
improvements and HVAC as part of whole house retrofit project
New Construction Builder Incentives up to $2,400
Equipment Requirements:Home must be heated by an Ameren Illinois supplied fuel for installation and air sealing incentives to apply.
Installation Requirements:Insulation and air sealing must be installed and completed by a registered, BPI-certified ActOnEnergy Program Ally.
