The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Ameren Illinois (Electric) - Residential Energy Efficiency Incentives

Air Source Heat Pumps 16 SEER: $200-500
In Home Energy Audit: $50
Air/Duct Sealing: $.40 per CFM up to $1200
Attic Insulation: $.50 per SF or $.40 per SF based on existing insulation level up to $1600
Wall Insulation: $.80 per SF up to $1200
Crawl Space Insulation: $2.00 per LF up to $800
Rim Joist Insulation: $1.00 per LF up to $400
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Silver and Gold certificates of recognition for insulation/air sealing improvements and HVAC as part of whole house retrofit project
Maximum Incentive:Lighting: Purchases limited to 20 CFLs per customer per year
Equipment Requirements:Refrigerators/Freezers: Must still cool, and be 10-27 cubic feet in size.
HVAC equipment must be SEER 16 or higher. Home must be heated by an Ameren supplied fuel for insulation and air sealing incentives to apply.
Installation Requirements:HVAC: must be installed by Ameren Illinois registered program allies

Ameren Illinois offers residential customers incentives for certain energy efficiency upgrades and improvements. Incentives are currently available to residential homeowners for lighting, refrigerator/freezer recycling, , and HVAC upgrades. Lighting incentives are offered through purchase discounts while other equipment rebates are issued through rebates. HVAC equipment must meet the program requirements listed on the program web site.
