Summary:
Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative Association is a member-owned cooperative. To encourage energy efficiency, Linn County offers a number of rebate programs for its residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.  
 
One whole building program, the All-Star Home Incentive Program provides incentives of $100 or $250 to customers who install high efficiency gas or electric heating and cooling into their newly constructed homes.  
 
A number of other specific technologies are available for rebates from Linn County, such as geothermal heat pumps, high efficiency water heaters, air filtration systems, dairy milk pre-coolers, and indoor lighting.
