Summary:

Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative Association (Linn County RECA) is a member-owned cooperative. To encourage energy efficiency, Linn County offers a number of rebates to commercial customers. Owners of both New Construction and Existing Buildings are eligible for nearly identical rebates on geothermal heat pumps, air source heat pumps, central air conditioning, air and water cooled chillers, recovery ventilators, motors, variable speed drives, lighting equipment, commercial refrigerators and freezers, electric water heaters, and various Energy Star appliances. Owners of existing buildings are also eligible for a custom rebate. Contact Linn County RECA for precise requirements and rebate amounts.
