Green Business Revolving Loan Fund Flyer

Summary:
Athens-Clarke County has created a Green Business Revolving Loan Fund for new or existing businesses. Funding is available for implementing eco-friendly products or services into a business or making business practices more efficient. Loans cannot be used for inventory or refinancing existing debt. New businesses are required to have a business plan in place including financial projections. Working capital loans are limited to $5,000 with an interest rate of 2% more than the prime and a loan term of one year. All other loans are limited to $50,000 with unspecified interest rates at or below the prime rate. The term length of non-working capital loans is an average of three to five years.
