| Project Review/Certification: | Projects must either be certified under the guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), or successfully rated with a recognized green building rater. Customer will receive a rebate check within 6 weeks of the inspection and receipt of a copy of paid itemized invoices. |

Summary:
Anaheim Public Utilities (APU) offers commercial, industrial and institutional customers the Green Building and New Construction Incentives Program to offset construction, installation and upgrade costs of energy efficient equipment.
Interested customers must contact APU to set up initial consultation. Working with a design team and builder, APU will contribute up to $10,000 for design assistance. Total rebates can be up to $25,000 per measure and $75,000 per facility. More infomation, including contact information and program sign-up can be found on the program website listed above.
The program rewards developers, owners, and construction firms who select building practices that encourage environmental innovation beneficial to both the health of the Anaheim community and its economy.
