Multi-family High-Efficiency Exit Signs: $35
Multi-family Dual Pane Windows: $0.75/sq. ft.
Multi-family Central Air and Heat Pumps: $100/unit
Refrigerator/Freezer: $50
Refrigerator/Freezer Recycling: $50
Electric Water Heater: $30
Room Air Conditioner: $50
Whole House Fan: $50

Equipment Requirements:Multi-family Central Air and Heat Pumps: Energy efficiency must exceed Title 20 by at least 20%.

Summary:
Southern California Edison (SCE) has a variety of rebates for residential users. Lighting; pool products such as two speed and variable speed pool pumps; heating and cooling products such as room air conditioner units, whole house fans, and evaporative coolers; and home appliances such as refrigerators and water heaters are all eligible for rebates from SCE if they meet certain energy specifications. In addition, multi-family properties are eligible for prescriptive rebates for lighting, HVAC technologies, water heaters, ceiling fans, appliances, window improvements, and insulation upgrades. Information on incentive rates and specifications of eligible products are available on the program website.
