Maximum Incentive:	The incentive cap is $25,000 for all programs per customer, per calendar year with the rebate being no more than 25% of the product/equipment cost
Equipment Requirements:	Contact utility for specific equipment requirements Appliances must be Energy Star rated
Installation Requirements:	Rebates are based on product cost only. Labor, additional parts, and tax are excluded. The level of incentive is based on size and or efficiency of the qualified product. Rebate amount cannot exceed the purchase price of the new product.
Expiration Date:	Rebates must be submitted within 90 days of purchase to qualify.

Summary:

Riverside Public Utilities (RPU) offers a wide variety of rebates to commercial customers who wish to increase the efficiency of eligible facilities. Rebates are provided for

HVAC equipment
PC Management Systems
Lighting
Motors
ENERGY STAR® rated appliances

The maximum combined incentive for all rebates is $25,000 per customer account per year, with the rebate being no more than 25% of the equipment cost.

In addition to financial incentive programs, commercial customers may be eligible to participate in the Energy and Water Technical Assistance Program. This program provides customizable services to help businesses identify, track, and analyze energy saving opportunities.
