Summary:
Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative (SSVEC) is a Touchstone Energy Cooperative. SSVEC offers the Member Loan Program to assist individuals who have been members for at least one year with no more than two delinquencies in the past year to improve the energy efficiency of homes. The loan can range from $2,000-$10,000. Qualified members may apply for the loan online with a $20 processing fee, and a $30 recording fee due and payable at the time loan papers are signed.
