Incentive Amount:Heat Pump: $500
Dual Fuel Heat Pump: $200
Electric Water Heater: $100
Equipment Requirements:Electric and Dual Fuel Heat Pumps must be 14 SEER or higher. Dual Fuel Heat Pumps must have an 80% efficient back-up gas furnace.
Electric Water Heater: .90 efficiency rating

Summary:
 
Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative (SSVEC) is a Touchstone Energy Cooperative. SSVEC's residential rebate program offers a $500 rebate for the installation of 14 SEER or higher electric heat pumps and a $200 rebate for the installation of 14 SEER of higher dual fuel heat pumps. A SSVEC Energy Management Specialist can also assist you in determining the energy efficient needs for your home by doing a free home energy audit. Members may receive $100 rebates per home on water heaters heaters, depending on whether they are replacing a fossil fuel heater, installing one for a new home, or replacing an existing electric water heater. SSVEC must receive the rebate form and invoice/receipt within 60 days of installation.
