Summary:

Entergy Arkansas offers the Residential Energy Solutions Program to help residential customers understand and make energy efficiency improvements in participating homes. Customers can call a toll-free number to reach an energy efficiency solutions representative who can direct the customer to the best energy efficiency solution based on the customer’s need.

A number of general appliance and measure rebates are available to customers of Entergy Arkansas. Customers must purchase equipment at one of many approved retailers in order to be eligible. Measures eligible under this program include refrigerators, ceiling fans, light bulbs, light fixtures, room AC units. Additionally, energy saving measures are available for free, direct installation in manufactured homes and multifamily properties. View the program web site to see further details of these offerings.

Under the Home Energy Solutions Program, two options are available to customers. The Tier One Survey is a walk-though inspection of the home by a participating home energy consultant. All homes are eligible for between $75 and $150 in incentives toward the cost of the Tier One Survey. Incentive coupons are not issued for Tier One Surveys. The Tier Two Assessment is a more comprehensive analysis of a residence's energy usage. If a home is eligible based on energy usage and home size, the program offers between $300 and $500 in incentives toward the cost of the Tier Two Assessment. If energy saving opportunities exist, eligible customers will be issued incentive coupons to be applied towards improvements. These coupon values will be deducted from the participating contractor's invoice for doing the recommended work. To be eligible for the Tier Two Assessment you must have a peak energy bill of at least $0.10 per square foot of your home. Contact Entergy Arkansas or view the program web site for more information on all available residential incentive offerings.
