Summary:
Covington Electric Cooperative offers the Touchstone Energy® Home Program wherein a home earning the Touchstone Energy® Home designation receives a free electric water heater per heat pump (up to two per home) and free underground secondary service up to 200 feet. Measures for qualifying homes include insulation, ventilation, windows, doors, sealing, air ducts and other measures which help improve resdential efficiency. See program website for details.
