Summary:
Builder$sense is Golden Valley Electric Association’s (GVEA) electrical energy efficiency residential rebate program for home builders who install electrical energy efficiency measures during construction. Newly constructed residential buildings or those that had major remodeling or additions are eligible for the rebate, as long as they are receiving or have applied to receive service from GVEA at the site. Lighting, vehicle engine preheating plug-ins, and eligible electric water heating equipment can get rebates for proper installation. More information is available on their website.
